What is your cancellation, rescheduling and no-show policy?

Most other escape rooms will not allow cancelation or rescheduling (think of it as an airplane or a concert ticket).
However, we believe in customer service and treat our customers the same way we like to be treated. If you must cancel your reservation, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Please call or email us to make changes to your reservation. We will be sorry to see you go, but understand sometimes “life happens”, and you will get a full refund.

Within 24-48 hours we will only allow rescheduling to another available date.
23 hours or less, please give us a call and we will make an effort to help you out.

No-shows will be treated as game redeemed.
If a private experience was reserved for a weekend time (Friday-Sunday), we will need to charge the minimum amount of players for that room.
