Yes, we strongly recommend booking in advance. Especially if you are planning to make a weekend reservation.
One per player. “Tickets” are sold per player and each player needs one to participate.
If you do not see our standard times available on your date of choice, this means that they have been booked. If you wish to book outside of our normal business hours, please call or email us. We will try to accommodate our customers as much as possible.
Most other escape rooms will not allow cancelation or rescheduling (think of it as an airplane or a concert ticket).
However, we believe in customer service and treat our customers the same way we like to be treated. If you must cancel your reservation, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Please call or email us to make changes to your reservation. We will be sorry to see you go, but understand sometimes “life happens”, and you will get a full refund.
Within 24-48 hours we will only allow rescheduling to another available date.
23 hours or less, please give us a call and we will make an effort to help you out.
No-shows will be treated as game redeemed.
If a private experience was reserved for a weekend time (Friday-Sunday), we will need to charge the minimum amount of players for that room.
By default the rooms are public, however, we can certainly help upon request.
(Escape Thai Prison) For groups of eight and up, we offer private booking complimentary.
(Escape Jack The Ripper) For groups of five and up, we offer private booking complimentary.
For groups with young children, we may offer private booking at our discretion.
If your group does not meet the minimum participants and would like to reserve a private party, we require payment up to the minimum number of participants. Another option is to try and book your experience during a weekday or early on a Sunday.
Our Escape Thai Prison room is very family friendly. You can come in and play the game with your children. Groups with a pet dog, pregnant women or a team with an infant, we had them all!
Escape Jack the Ripper room, has a darker theme and require more concentration and attention to detail. As such it is less suitable for Teens under the age of 15.
